Like with all tools, the outcomes strongly depend on the person who is operating them. We built a layer of knowledge and context on top of any "off the shelf" AI model so that our learnings and insights are captured and applied immediately.

Senior judgment frames the outputs the work must produce and the outcomes it must change, before any analysis runs. The scarce input is knowing what to ask.

Run the analysis

AI does the heavy lifting on the layer: inventories, valuations, risk models. Months of work arrives in weeks and customized for each unique engagement.

Verify at the source

A human in the loop verifies the analysis at the source level: independent checks recompute every figure from the original documents, and a failed check blocks delivery.

Sign and deliver

A senior leader signs off and stands behind every figure. You receive working tools you can interrogate, with every figure traceable to its source.

In practice

Applied AI in use

We use proprietary AI systems to do much of the basic heavy lifting inside our work. It's why a problem that once needed a ten-person team can now be handled by a smaller one in a fraction of the time. We enforce strict standards of review and transparency, so everything we produce is assurance-ready.

All of our proprietary models run offline in a private environment. Client data is anonymized before analysis begins, and it is never used to train any online model.
